Recent Graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.A. in Communication & a focus in Public Relations
I am originally from Iowa and moved to Florida in 2017 before attending FGCU. During my time in college, I actively participated in Kappa Delta Sorority, where I held various leadership positions, including Recruitment & Marketing Assistant Director, Loving Sister Chair, Standards Board Representative, Banner Committee member, and PR Committee member. Additionally, I was an engaged member of the FGCU Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) Student Chapter for three years.
As the first person in my family to attend a four-year university, I took part in the First Generation Experience at FGCU and successfully became a First Generation Graduate. Over the past four years, I have completed two internships at Forema Boutique & Sandlin Realty and successfully completed an internship with the NFL Alumni Association post-graduation. I am truly grateful for the valuable learning experiences, opportunities, and accomplishments I've gained through FGCU.
Looking ahead, I aim to leverage my eye for detail, creativity, drive, and passion to position myself effectively for a career in Public Relations.
